Stage

Your production, from auditions to opening night

Stage keeps your company’s productions in one place: the cast and their parts, the rehearsal schedule, the performances and the pieces you are working on. Every rehearsal appears on the calendar of each performer in it.

What it does

A page for each production

Make an ensemble for each show, choir or band, and group them into seasons. Each one has its directors, its cast and every performer’s part or role.

Rehearsals on everyone’s calendar

Schedule a rehearsal or a performance once, with its time and place, and it appears on the calendar of everyone in the cast. Performers see all of theirs on one page.

Auditions and repertoire

Create an audition form in one click and link it to the production. Follow each piece from learning to performance-ready, and let performers log their practice.

How it works

  1. Add your production

Sign up, then add an ensemble for the show and the season it belongs to.

  2. Cast it

Add your performers to the cast and give each one their part, role or instrument.

  3. Schedule rehearsals

Add rehearsals and performances. Each one appears on the calendars of the cast.

What it costs

Start on the free plan, with no card. A subscription to Stage is NZ$25 a month for your whole organization.

Questions people ask

Do performers need an account?

Yes, to see their own rehearsals and fill in the audition form. Add them from People or send them a link to join, then add them to the cast.

Does it work for music as well as theatre?

Yes. An ensemble can be a drama troupe, a choir, a band or an orchestra, and a performer’s part can be a role, a voice part or an instrument.

Can someone be in more than one production?

Yes. A performer can be in several ensembles at once, and their own page shows every rehearsal and performance across all of them.

Can we add more later?

Yes. Add another app, or the whole of MyTime, from the same account whenever you need it, and keep everything you already have.
