What it does

Offer the times that suit you

Set the hours you usually meet, and Meetings suggests times inside them and warns you about a clash before you send.

Answers without an account

Your client confirms a time, or sends back times that would suit, from the link in their email.

Reminders sent for you

Everyone is reminded before the meeting, and you are told when a proposal has gone unanswered.

How it works

  1. Add your clients

Sign up, then add each client with the email address their invitations should go to.

  2. Propose times

Choose a client, offer two or three times, and send. The email carries a link to answer.

  3. Meet

The time your client picks is confirmed for everyone in the meeting and goes on your calendar.

What it costs

Start on the free plan, with no card. A subscription to Meetings is NZ$25 a month for your whole team.

Questions people ask

Do my clients need an account?

No. The link in each email is all they need to confirm a time, suggest another or ask to cancel.

What if none of the times suit?

Your client sends back times that would, and you answer with a new proposal.

Can I book an interpreter?

Yes. Keep a list of the interpreters you work with and book one for a meeting. They answer from the link in their invitation, without an account.

Can we add more later?

Yes. Add another app, or the whole of MyTime, from the same account whenever you need it, and keep everything you already have.
