Houses
Houses runs your school’s houses: who belongs to each, the points they earn and why, and the standings through the year. Every award is kept with its reason and the person who gave it, so the standings are always the sum of the record.

Award points to a whole house, to chosen members or to several houses at once, each time with a reason. Every award is its own entry, so a mistaken one can be removed without touching the rest.
See the standings for the school year, by category if you like, and put a full-screen scoreboard up on the hall projector. Students and families see their own house, its points and its events.
Schedule a competition, an event or a house meeting for the houses taking part, then record the results. The points go straight onto each house’s record, and recording them again replaces the earlier award.
Sign up, then add your students and staff on the People page, or send them a join link.
Add each house with its name, colour and motto, appoint its heads, and add its members by name or spread your students evenly across the houses.
Give points with a reason, record the results of inter-house events, and put the standings up for the whole school.
Houses is free on its own, with no card, for up to 30 people. Each app you add after it is $25 (NZD) a month, and each person beyond those 30 people is $2 (NZD) a month.
Your staff and administrators, to any house, and each house’s heads, to their own house. Students and families can see the standings, and their own house’s points and events, but never change them.
No. A house is a group of your students and staff: add them by name, turn an existing group into a house with its members, or let Houses spread the students who have no house evenly across the houses.
Yes, if you want them to. Keep a list of rewards and the points each one takes. Redeeming a reward takes those points off the house’s total as an entry you can remove if it was a mistake.
Yes. Add another app, such as trips and excursions with their paperwork and approvals, or the whole of MyTime, and keep everything you already have.
