Hiring

Every role you are filling, from the advert to the offer

Hiring gives each opening one place for its candidates, its interviews and its decisions. People apply on your own job board without an account, and your panel sees every application in one pipeline.

What it does

A job board of your own

Publish an opening and it appears on a public page you can link to or show on your website. Applicants send their details and a CV, with no account to create.

One pipeline for every candidate

Move each candidate from application to shortlist, interview and offer. Your panel rates them and keeps notes, and the stages you choose need a sign-off.

References and interview times by link

Ask a referee for a reference and they answer through a private link. Offer candidates interview times and each one picks the time that suits them.

How it works

  1. Post the role

Sign up, then add the opening with its title, its description and its closing date.

  2. Share your job board

Turn on your public job board and link to it from your website or an advert. Applications arrive in the role’s pipeline.

  3. Interview and decide

Schedule interviews with your panel, collect references, and send an offer or a reply from letters you can edit.

What it costs

Start on the free plan, with no card. A subscription to Hiring is NZ$25 a month for your whole organization.

Questions people ask

Do applicants need an account to apply?

No. Applicants apply on your public job board with their name, their contact details and a CV. Referees, and candidates choosing an interview time, use a private link.

Can several people review candidates?

Yes. Add the people on each role’s panel. They see its candidates, rate them, and can be asked to approve a move to the next stage.

What happens when someone accepts an offer?

Mark the candidate as accepted and they join your organization with an account of their own, ready for their first day.

Can we add more later?

Yes. Add another app, or the whole of MyTime, from the same account whenever you need it, and keep everything you already have.
