Exams
Exams runs your school’s exam series: the papers, who sits each one, the rooms and seats, and the invigilators in every room. Each candidate’s finish time is worked out once, with their own extra time, so the screen, the door list and the timetable in their hand all agree.

Say who sits a paper by class, by year or cohort tag, or by name. Build the candidates again and anyone who has joined is entered and anyone who has left is withdrawn.
Record each student’s access arrangements once. Allocating gives every candidate a room and a seat, with extra time, readers and word processors in rooms of their own, and a dry run shows the result before anything is written.
Print door lists, desk labels, room signs and invigilator packs. On the day, one board shows every room in an exam, invigilators take the register and log incidents, and each candidate can print their own timetable.

Record your rooms and how many each one seats, create a series, and add its papers by hand or from a spreadsheet.
Build each paper’s candidates, settle any clashes, allocate rooms and seats, assign invigilators, then lock the paper and print its sheets.
Exams is free on its own, with no card, for up to 30 people. Each app you add after it is $25 (NZD) a month, and each person beyond those 30 people is $2 (NZD) a month.
Your exams office: by default any member of staff, and you can narrow it to your administrators. A student sees only their own papers, rooms, seats and finish times, and the sign on a room’s door carries no names.
Not to run exams. Candidates come from your classes and groups, from year or cohort tags, or by name, and a series needs only your rooms and the school year. With your timetable set up too, candidates can be taken out of the lessons their papers overlap. Entering everyone who takes a course comes with the whole of MyTime.
Yes. Import the papers from a spreadsheet and check its columns before anything is saved. A date that could be read two ways is refused rather than guessed, and a candidate named in the file is entered only on an exact match.
Yes. Add another app, such as cover for the lessons of colleagues who are away, or the whole of MyTime, and keep everything you already have.
