What it does

Enquiries and visits online

Publish an intake and families enquire on your public admissions page. Open days and open house visits take bookings there too, with no account to create.

One pipeline for every applicant

Move each applicant from enquiry to application, interview, offer and enrolment. A checklist shows what is still missing, and the stages you choose need a sign-off.

Open house days

Plan a day of tours, talks and classroom visits, let families register, and send each family its own itinerary. Check them in when they arrive.

How it works

  1. Set up your intake

Sign up, then add a cohort for each intake you are admitting, with its stages and its closing date.

  2. Open your admissions page

Turn on your public admissions page and link to it from your school’s website. Enquiries and bookings arrive in the right cohort.

  3. Offer and enrol

Interview applicants, send offers from letters you can edit, and enrol the families who accept.

What it costs

Start on the free plan, with no card. A subscription to Enrol is NZ$25 a month for your whole school.

Questions people ask

Do families need an account to enquire?

No. Families enquire and book visits on your public admissions page. Each applicant can follow their progress through a private link you send them.

Can we run more than one intake at once?

Yes. Add a cohort for each intake, for a year group or a start date, each with its own stages and its own applicants.

What happens when an applicant enrols?

They join your school with an account of their own, ready for their first day, and their application stays on record.

Can we add more later?

Yes. Add another app, or the whole of MyTime, from the same account whenever you need it, and keep everything you already have.
