Every club in one place, from the first meeting to the club fair

What it does

One page for each club

Each club keeps its leaders, its members, its news and its files on one page. People join a club, or ask to join, from your directory.

Meetings on everyone’s calendar

Set a club’s day, time and place once, and each meeting appears on its members’ calendars. A participation report shows who keeps coming.

A club fair

Give each club a stand on a public board, with a printed poster and a QR code. A visitor without a phone writes their name at the stand, and the club’s leaders follow up.

How it works

  1. Add your clubs

Sign up, then add each club with a line about what it does and who leads it.

  2. Set the meetings

Give each club its meeting pattern. Members can add the club’s calendar to their phone.

  3. Welcome new members

Share your directory and run a club fair. New members join, or ask to join, and each club’s leaders say yes.

What it costs

Run your clubs, and seasons of activities that people choose from, on the free plan, with no card. A subscription to Clubs is NZ$25 a month for your whole organization.

Questions people ask

Do visitors to our club fair need an account?

No. The fair’s board and each club’s stand are public pages. A visitor writes their name at a stand, and the club’s leaders add them as a member afterwards.

Can members suggest a new club?

Yes. A member proposes a club, and an administrator approves it before it appears in the directory.

Can a club choose who joins?

Yes. A club can let people join straight away, or ask them to request a place that its leaders approve.

Can we add more later?

Yes. Add another app, or the whole of MyTime, from the same account whenever you need it, and keep everything you already have.
