Board
Board gives your board and its committees their members, their quorum rule and the items every agenda opens with. Record motions and votes as the meeting happens, and the minutes are drafted from what was decided.

Name the chair, the secretary and the members, set the quorum, and keep the standing items each agenda starts from. A board can have committees that report to it.
Take the roll call, move through the agenda and record each motion and its vote. The quorum is worked out from who is present, and actions agreed are given an owner and a due date.
The minutes are drafted from the meeting and approved at the next one. Every motion carried goes into a register you can search by committee and year.
Sign up, and your board starts with a sample committee and its standing items. Name its officers and its members.
Schedule a meeting, add its papers and publish the agenda once the chair has approved it. Members are told it is ready.
Record attendance, motions and votes on the day, then approve and share the minutes.
Start on the free plan, with no card. A subscription to Board is NZ$25 a month for your whole organization.
Only if you choose. Each committee decides who may read its agendas and minutes, and a committee open to anyone can appear on a public page with its next meetings and the papers it has published.
From the committee’s own members: more than half of them, or a fixed number you set. A meeting that is not quorate is recorded as such.
