Accreditation takes your school through its accreditation self-study: install your accreditor’s framework, give each practice an owner and a due date, then rate it and write how your school meets it. When the visit comes, the visiting team reads it all through a link of its own.

Give each practice one or more owners and a due date. Owners are emailed when the date is near and again once it has passed, until the practice is rated met.
Rate each practice met, partly met or not met, and write how your school meets it. Every earlier version of a narrative is kept, and staff discuss each practice in comments the visiting team never sees.
Print a self-study report of every practice with its rating, owners and narrative. Give the visiting team a read-only link that lasts 14 days and needs no sign-in, and re-issue or revoke it at any time.

Accreditation is free on its own, with no card, for up to 30 people. Each app you add after it is $25 (NZD) a month, and each person beyond those 30 people is $2 (NZD) a month.

Install the pack for your accreditor’s framework, or more than one if your school holds more than one accreditation. Each pack names its source, and says so where its descriptors are written in our own words: check them against your accreditor’s current publication before you submit.
